Yes, they can come. There is a $75 charge for a spouse to attend the special event evening on Thursday, May 24. Just add it to your Eventbrite order. If the ticket is purchased at the conference the charge will be $100 to add a spouse.

There is a charge of $75 for a spouse to attend the Client Only event on Tuesday, May 22. You may add that to the Eventbrite order as well.

For 2018, an MST User Training is planned for 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 22. It will conclude with lunch around noon. (Additional fee for training.)

The User Group meeting for MST customers is from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Tuesday, May 22 with a MST Client Dinner following.

The National CECL Conference begins at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, May 23 and ends at Noon on Friday, May 25.

The National CECL Conference is an educational event with no product or sales demonstrations planned in the sessions. To schedule a meeting or demonstration of MST products, just ask any of the MST Team Members at the Conference.

The conference room rate applies from Sunday, May 20, 2018 to checking out on Sunday, May 28, 2018 but availability is limited. Check with La Cantera for available rooms.

The special rates are “space available” so reserve your hotel room early. The cut-off date for the hotel special rate is April 30, 2018. Again this is subject to availability.

No, you will need to make your own transportation arrangements. Taxis and Uber rides are readily available.

Self-parking at La Cantera Resort and Spa is included in the $15/ night resort fee.

There are no partial conference rates.

Attire for all programs and events is resort casual.

San Antonio in late May is beautiful. Plan for daytime temperatures in the mid to upper-80s and nighttime temperatures in the mid-60s.

MST keeps the documentation for 5 years. Copies of the CPE certificate for each individual with number of units earned are printed and filed as well as preserved in digital form. The information is also saved in an Excel file in the same manner. Dates, locations, instructor names and credentials are kept in digital form, plus program evaluations are in digital form and saved. Educational materials including PowerPoint presentations and other content are also preserved in digital form.

MST has never had to cancel a National Conference, but if we had to cancel a program, we would notify registrants via email and telephone call. Plus, refund any payments received.

Yes, just add it to your order in Eventbrite. Spouse breakfasts are charged at our cost which is $40 each.

Yes. MST (MainStreet Technologies) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:

New this year, the MST User Training is a hands-on training session for the users of the Loan Loss Analyzer. This training intensive is Tuesday, May 22 from 8 a.m. until noon and will be followed by a boxed lunch. The cost for the training session is $500 and includes lunch, a morning break, and equipment (a rental laptop with the LLA test environment).
