MST keeps the documentation for 5 years. Copies of the CPE certificate for each individual with number of units earned are printed and filed as well as preserved in digital form. The information is also saved in an Excel file in the same manner. Dates, locations, instructor names and credentials are kept in digital form, plus program evaluations are in digital form and saved. Educational materials including PowerPoint presentations and other content are also preserved in digital form.
MST has never had to cancel a National Conference, but if we had to cancel a program, we would notify registrants via email and telephone call. Plus, refund any payments received.
Our goal is for complete satisfaction by all participants. If there is any reason for dissatisfaction, please contact Laura Anderson at 706-776-6150 who will make every reasonable effort to satisfactorily resolve any and all issues.
