What is the complaint resolution policy?

Our goal is for complete satisfaction by all participants. If there is any reason for dissatisfaction, please contact Laura Anderson  at 706-776-6150 who will make every reasonable effort to satisfactorily resolve any and all issues.

What is the conference cancellation policy?

MST has never had to cancel a National Conference, but if we had to cancel a program, we would notify registrants via email and telephone call. Plus, refund any payments received.

What is the record retention policy for CPE credits?

MST keeps the documentation for 5 years. Copies of the CPE certificate for each individual with number of units earned are printed and filed as well as preserved in digital form.
